I’ve spent countless hours exploring and investing in holistic healing, guided mostly by humble curiosity. I never recommend anything I haven’t tried myself—more often than not, I act as my own guinea pig and have taken part in some pretty interesting protocols over the years.
Without diving into all the details, I genuinely believe our bodies can heal when they’re given the right environment and the proper tools. What works beautifully for one person may not do much for another, which is why finding an individualized approach is so important.
But before any of that, we need to be in a relaxed, safe state—free from fear. The body simply can’t heal when it’s distressed. Once we shift into “rest and digest” (which is no small feat these days), we finally create the space for the body to function as it was originally designed to.
